Im a karif farmer and produce paddy organically with more than 20 years of experience. I currently work in the farm along with my family coordination, who take active participation in farm activities.

On 50 acres, I practice zero-till planting to reduce soil erosion and adopt new technologies, such crop covers, essential use and conserve resources. In next 5 years to increase crop acreage, production, while maintaining environmentally conscious agriculture production

Man power: 3 persons full time most of the time. If any persons required will be take them as additional labour for few days
