The Deccan Development Society FPO is a collective of small and marginal women farmers in Hyderabad, dedicated to sustainable and organic agriculture. Founded with the goal of empowering rural women, this FPO focuses on promoting biodiversity, preserving traditional knowledge, and improving the livelihoods of its members. Through capacity building, skill development, and market linkages, the Deccan Development Society FPO enables these women to enhance their agricultural practices, gain access to fair markets, and achieve socio-economic independence.

These may include sustainable farming practices, modern agricultural techniques, crop management, soil health improvement, water conservation, pest and disease management, post-harvest handling, value addition, and market access strategies.
